Job Description
- Co-ordination with sales Team and plan shipments based on customers requirement.
- Preparation of Pre /Post shipment export documents
- Co-ordination with manufacturing sites for movement of shipment
- Co-ordination with freight forwarder & transporter
- Co-ordination with custom brokers and ensure there isn’t any additional cost incurred in form of detention /demurrage.
- Negotiation with Freight Forwarder for Freight rates.
- Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, Transporter & Custom Broker for smooth sailing of shipment.
- Preparing Certificate of Origin/IMC and GSP.
- Preparing documents as per LC terms and ensuring no discrepancy.
- Verification of Post shipment documents and submitting documents to banks within the stipulated time
- Well versed in writing email and doing correspondence with overseas customers.

Job Description
- Send quotations to international customers.
- Answer technical queries and questions.
- Prepare our bids and submissions for tenders.
- Prepare required product data sheets as and when needed.
- Submit required drawings and technical data sheets to customers.
- Answer all inquiries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit vendor approval documents for vendor registration in international companies.
- Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Production, Finance, Design, etc for any Documentation needed for International Projects, Audits, Vendor approvals, etc.
- Regularly generate MIS reports in ERP & understand the trends.
- Analyze Inquiry & Sales Data and present reports to the Management.
- Communicate regularly with international customers to understand their requirements, new projects, existing project status, etc.
- Participate in ISO audits.
